Detox - Waste through your colon (Note 3 of 6)

Now, this is a big subject. Although the topic is colon, we need to understand the whole process of where and how the toxins came from.
Our liver is our primary gate keeper. Anything that enters our blood system has to pass through this amazing toxin filter. Anything that the liver feels is unsafe for you, it rejects it as waste by store it in the bile it produced, and from time to time eject that to aid digestion of fat and facilitate elimination. This is also the link to how toxic fat is store in our body when our bodies are too weak to deal with all these toxins. Lots of people who take supplements and claimed that it does not work, this is the reason; it is all flushed down the toilet.
One of my client complained to me, she said “You asked me to take niacin (B-3), I took up to 200mg and still I did not get this flush that you were talking about.” I took her one of her 100 mg pill, and divided it into 10 pieces using a sharp knife. She turned lobster red with just 10mg, her liver decided that 10mg is OK and 200mg is not OK. Sometime less is more; this principle has been adopted by homeopathic medicine for over 150 years..

The lymph system that does not have a pump (unlike heart in the blood system), it moves lymph fluid from our breathing and body movement. Lymph fluid removes waste products generated by every cells of our body. This fluid has the final destination, and yes, you guessed it, it is the colon.
The colon is the terminal station for all food. After almost all of the nutrients are extracted by our 29 feet of upper digestive tract, it finally arrived at these 5.5 feet of marvel. This is the most toxic part of our body (ha ha, it is full of shit! Most of us are) it needs a big army to make sure that we are safe. This is where most of our friendly bacterial (over 400 species of friendly bacterial) and yeast (yes, you heard it right, over 300 species were friendly, included those in kefir).
If you are a total healthy specimen, every cubic centimeter of your fluid in the colon would have 100 billion (100,000 million) to 1 trillion (1,000,000 million) of probiotic. These friendly bacterial feed on our (mainly) waste and give as our much needed B-complex vitamins for free. Those of you who have yeast infection (Candida) have no friendly bacterial and have no free issued vitamin B.
With our modern horticulture methodology, we consumed way too much chemicals, our colons are in a mess. I wish there is a better method, I reluctantly go to a colon therapist 4 times a year (between each seasons) to have my colon cleaned up and reintroduce new culture of good bacterial. I called it the human oil change. In fact, I used to advice my Hollywood clients in Los Angeles (yes, I did work with the stars) that colon cleansing is vital in anti-aging. So I tell you truly, suffer the angel of water to baptize you also within, that you may become free from all your past sins, and that within likewise you may become as pure as the river's foam sporting in the sunlight.
"Seek, therefore, a large trailing gourd, having a stalk the length of a man; take out its inwards and fill it with water from the river which the sun has warmed. Hang it upon the branch of a tree, and kneel upon the ground before the angel of water, and suffer the end of the stalk of the trailing gourd to enter your hinder parts that the water may flow through all your bowels. Afterwards rest kneeling on the ground before the angel of water and pray to the living God that he will forgive you all your past sins, and pray the angel of water that he will free your body from every uncleanness and disease. Then let the water run out from your body, that it may carry away from within it all the unclean and evil-smelling things of Satan. And you shall see with your eyes and smell with your nose all the abominations, and uncleannesses which defiled the temple of your body; even all the sins which abode in your body, tormenting you with all manner of pains. I tell you truly, baptism with water frees you from all of these. Renew your baptizing with water on every day of your fast, till the day when you see that the water which flows out of you is as pure as the river's foam. Then betake your body to the coursing river, and there in the arms of the angel of water render thanks to the living God that he has freed you from your sins. And this holy baptizing by the angel of water is: Rebirth unto the new life. For your eyes shall henceforth see, and your ears shall hear. Sin no more, therefore, after your baptism that the angels of air and of water may eternally abide in you and serve you evermore".

I LOVE the exerpt you put into your discussion from the Essene Gospel. I have always felt that when I cleanse inside it is a spiritual ritual to my body Temple in some way. Many of us work hard to cleanse our crystals and lightworking tools and some of us have been baptised but I do believe that the "cleansing" goes to a deeper level as you have written here. It rings true for me. I recently picked up what I need to do my Sea Salt cleanse I do every Spring plus a lemon to squeeze into my drinking water. What you have written is an excellent added bonus to what I am doing and brings more meaning to it. Thank you for taking the time to write this!
