Hello Beautiful People-
It is totally crazy how we can get so wrapped up in everything we think we need to be doing in a day & forget the wonderful opportunitites we have to share with those we don't always get to see....missed you
I am gratfeul for the course I took in iridology-though my head is stil spinning with all the scientific stuff it needs to remember-it is totally fascinating by what one can learn by gazing into the eye of another- Unfortunately my eye sight isn't what it used to be so it isn't like a quick glance thing at all-
I am truly amazed by all the little things that can happen in a single iris-the hills & valleys-the colors, the little specks, the shape, the tiny little variances all have significant meanings. Try to look at your eye in a magnifying mirror and hold a little pen light to the side of it-you will be amazed at the depths of your eye even without having a clue what it all means- we truly are creatures with great design.
I am grateful for the couple of books I finished this week-some smart-some smutty romance-life would not be complete without either
I am grateful that I have some time at my computer for the next day or two-my brother is here looking for work so he has been on it for the most part-yes it is my excuse for being negligent-because I know I can get wrapped up in writing & enjoying myself that other things don't get attention-which would not be a problem if I didn't loose track of time & then have to rush to work to be there on time-ahhh commitments-gotta love them...
I am grateful for my sense of humor-it is almost as crazy as Mother Nature's has been this spring-actually I think she is guiding me to stay focused-or I would be outside gardening, weeding, or just sitting & enjoying the sunny shine on my face-and there are many things need to be done inside-I am closing down my home based framing business and the process of declutter always seems to take up so much space-afterwards is awesome-but the process seems to get underfoot -speaking of which I better get back to it-
I am grateful to have some time & energy to put into that process this morning-and I will be very grateful when it is over- I don't like having garage sales and this is gonna be a big one!
ENJOY THE SNOW- I am enjoying the excuse to stay in & pretend I am sitting by the fire with cocoa-maybe that will be my reward for having to venture out in it when I get home from work tonite-in the meantime- packing a couple boxes till I have to go out.......:)

We have been so busy!! I am so grateful for the success we found at the Body Soul Spirit expo. We met so many wonderful people, and especially enjoyed connecting with those we had already "met" on this site. I am grateful to have the ongoing support of those around me to keep me pumped and motivated. I am grateful that I have three healthy sons and another healthy one on the way (well not sure if it's a son yet - will know soon!). I am grateful for the trip out to Vancouver Island last week that took our breath away and allowed us to recharge our batteries. Check out our page for beautiful photos!!

I am grateful for many things, first and foremost my wonderful daughters Rachel and Jessica, my loving partner Payton, all of my friends and family, my health, goodness the list goes on and on! I am also greatful for the adversity and challenges that life presents to me on ocassion as that tends to be when I grow the most. And I am also grateful for this wonderful forum!

I am gratfeul that I have finished the spring circuit of the body, soul, spirit expos for the season-i feel like i barely survived two in the spring-though I am game to go for the four in the fall-i think i need to build my stamina.....there are just so many people-
course my experience in Calgary would have been so much better if i had not gotten lost several times while driving-between the detours, one way streets, constructions and poor memory, i spent alot of time going in circles trying to find my way-couldn't find my map anywhere & was in the only area there was nothing available or open to purchase one from.....ah well...it keeps me in the moment & very appreciative & grateful that i know my way around edmonton much better than i used to. I am very grateful that my guides & angels have such a sense of humour that they would keep me a block away from where i needed to go for such an exhaustive yet amusing side trip. Thanks to all that made the expo an awesome experience. Gratitude goes out to Brad & Chandler for organizing this event so that I may become as infamous as a witch doctor as I have as an artist. I am grateful that i got to spend time with Garrett & Amy-even in short little bursts-Thanks also for the CD'S guys-I am garteful that the energy that i have experienced to date is shifting even further along-I have spent many years, waiting, watching , hoping that this would be the case, and now I get to be part of the group that gets to experience it. I am grateful I never lost hope & continued to return lifetime after lifetime until we got to experience this shift. I am grateful that the heaven I have already created on the earth will be replaced by another one even greater & more loving than that which i have now.
I am grateful that I re-member that I am-I am a spirit playing a game of hide & seek with myself to see if I can remember who I AM. I am grateful that I don't rationalize away all the clues I left for me. I am grateful that I take notice of those clues and trust that thay are what they are......regardless of how weird & wonderful they maybe by. I am grateful that WOO WOO has become the place to be....i have found many friends who are just as woo wooo weird as i have been all my life & it is absolutley wonderful. I am grateful that I got to meet some of you in Calgary-and I am grateful that some of us-myself included were too busy to have much play time, and we didn't get to meet yet.
I am grateful that I have a little time to write-I miss doing it
I am grateful that i now get to go & soak my weary body in a long soaking bath-I am grateful that i took the time for a massage yeaterday-and after soaking I will be resurrected to take on the world for another day-or until i feel weary again....
hugs & kisses sent out to everyone-may you feel them caress your face in the breeze as it makes it's way past you......feel the love in the sunshine-we are sending it out there-:)

I am grateful to be back on this forum with the same zest and zeal as I had left it. I am grateful that gratitude has become second nature to me. I am grateful that issues that have been bothering me have been healed behind the scenes with creative and ingenious solutions that were a surprise to my very being. I am grateful that all effects of mistakes and misunderstandings I have with others have been undone, both in the past and present. I am grateful that peacefulness has become a high priority for me and I am committed to taking steps to ensure my peace of mind continues. I am grateful that all of my needs are automatically taken care of, and I can rest easily, assured that all is well. I am grateful that my clairvoyance, dreams and pictures in my minds eye are becoming more clear and powerful. I am grateful for the visual person that I am and the new mindset I have that shows me that it is safe for me to see.
