The Power of Graditute

As we concentrate on that which we are grateful for, we change the energy we are projecting.Several of my clients have been writing grateful lists every day & that has created some wonderful effects in their worlds. Here's your opportunity to create a powerful field of graditute and have it affirmed and supported by other members in our group. Looking forward to seeing your statements.

I am grateful that one of my new generation of babies turns two today. I have 7 grandchildren-fom 1 month old to 13-and only 1/2 of my children have kids. I am grateful that I get to play a part in so many children's lives, with my new knowledge & understanding of what our purpose as a species is, and how I can help these little people hang onto their memories of home, rather than diminishing them like mine were & if I am totally honest, like my own childrens. I did try to remain much more open than my parents were but I am sure that I played a large part of making my children's journey more stressful than it needed to be...I am grateful that I get to replay that role with my grandchildren & can serve as a reminder to their parents that it doesn't need to be conforming, limiting, judgemental or difficult. It just needs to be love. I am grateful that I have been given the opportunity to teach others how to re-write the script that they are living. I am grateful to have found so many like minded lovers amongst you guys-it is truly a boost to my energy when I read how many others are out there doing the same thing, and living the same way-the weariness goes away when I know I am not out here on my own, I feel like I have someone holding my hands and someone holding their's as we create a safety net around the whole world, creating a safe loving place for anyone who wants to find it........I am grateful that you have shared, and I have received joy in your sharing... I am grateful that I am in a new groove of gratitude=joy=gratitude-there is no place i would rather be....love you, love me....sharing it along the way....

Gratitude...gotta love it!

I am truly grateful for all that is in my life...as every moment and in every way...I learn from those people, places, things, times and events...that have brought me to the level of understanding that I now have. The world is truly a remarkable place and to just observe and be aware of how amazing each and every individual is, is remarkable...just yesterday...I was observing how amazing humanity is...how each individual...is living out a movie that they are the star in...and that movie revolves entirely around them...every action they have demonstrates a specific out come for their evolution...and that we as onlookers are only that, onlookers...with our own view of that movie...and our view is only our view...for how can we even begin to know what another individual needs for their own personal growth? Having a supportive role in their movie and encouraging their greatness is all that we can really offer...for any less and we no longer see from the eyes of love, but from the eyes of judgment and limitation...I am grateful for this understanding and encourage all to see through the eyes and heart of love and embrace all you encounter with love and encouragement...For in aligning with that love ....we all evolve and grow as united beings of love and light!

Have a wonderful day filled with gratitude, love, and joy!

It is morning & I am grateful.... I have always thought that if things were tough, they would look better in the morning...there is something about the sun rising & shining brightly that offers hope & optimism, if we are patient enough just to sit & listen for it. Many an evening I have gone to bed knowing that the answers would come in the quiet of the morning....and I am not even a morning person...though I must say over the years of raising children, there is something to be said for a few moments to enjoy coffee or stirred water before every one else is up & cluttering my world with their noise & needs....I am grateful that I have the luxury of those few minutes every single day...today I chose to use them to catch up on the ironing-good thing the hubby has 50 shirts but then it is a big job when it has been pushed to the end of the priority list...
I am grateful that Amy sounds so good after sending Nan off to the next dimension-knowing where she is, and how great she is doing doesn't always fill the hole that is left behind when love changes in the way we are used to receiving it.....I am grateful to Nan that she gave Amy such an awesome sign that she is still & always will be, still there.
I am grateful the Ruth has the pieces falling into place in her world...she deserves to have flow in her life-and it is awesome to see & watch how her joy has changed her world, thank you for sharing it with me.
I am grateful that Spirit holds many surprises along the way & think it is totally cool that Dami has shared one of his with all of us.
I recently had an AHA moment I would like to share-I teach people how to deal with psychic vampirism, and have lectured about it as well. The coping tools are two fold- build good strong inner energy & connect with the outer cosmos or divine. In writing gratitude lists with some of my friends we have found that sharing them has caused things to happen diiferently than keeping them to ourselves. Writing them down makes them more concrete than thinking them does & helps build the strength & joy within ourself-sharing them gives that joy wings-but it also in some strange way connects to the universe &/or the divine.
writing the lists-makes us happy; sharing the lists creates joy for everyone who reads-our joy has created stirrings in the univers that we may never know about-I am grateful for the ripple effect that we have created together-
I am grateful for the Expo-and am grateful that I have a break to recoop my energies spent before the next one....
I am very grateful to Chandler & Brad for organizing these events-they are awesome at it-and I am so glad that Spirit has directed me to their world....
I am grateful that I got to try out Body Talk at the event-now i want to learn how to do it--and they found strange & unusual blockages that i would never have thought to consider-like something happening with my dad during the first trimester my mom carried me-yeah like i was right on top of that one....whatever it was has been fixed- recalibrated or whatever it is that they do-and I feel much more connected than I did before-actuallly I fel awesome & I am gratfeul that I do....
I am grateful that I was so busy I didn't even get to check out the rest of the show-I got to see a little from my booth-when I popped my head out of my tent.
I am grateful that I have a couple of smaller expos under my belt before I hit the biggy in Calgary...
I am grateful that I will connect with my buddies Amy & Garrett while in Calgary-can't wait to play with my new friends....
I am grateful that I got my hands on one of Garrett's cd's.....he has a voice that gives me people bumps....and though I had told them that before I am hoping to cause a little blush by telling everyone else.....I am grateful that Garrettt has a cheshire grin while reading this after Amy dragged his butt to the computer-LOL
I am grateful that I had a little time this morning to play with my words, yet again
I am grateful that I have a place I can just ramble on & on & on & occasionally offer an opinion......I have lots of those......
I am grateful to have a captive audience...
Good luck Dami on your next competition-that is the same weekend as the Calgary Expo - will probably have missed your match by the time we are done on friday night but hey celebratory coffee or something saturday morning before starting should be in order-or just come to expo sporting your grin & no bruises to let us all know how well you did-I am grateful that you are doing awesome & sharing it all with us along the way-it is truly inspiring to read...some day this could become the biography of a pretty famous guy....:-)
I am grateful to get on with my day.....

I am grateful that I have been approved for AISH, which is disability. It has been a long and anxious road, as I applied in September. I am grateful that new AISH regulations allow me to keep my job as well as recieve benefits. I am grateful that I will not have to search for a draining summer job, but can take most of the summer off aside from some babysitting, which will allow me to travel and hang out with friends and hubbie. There is a lot to be frustrated with re: our provincial government, but remember that they are willing to give some much needed help to some in the form of AISH.

Today, I am grateful for many things; I am grateful for my Nan who after 10 years with dementia finally made her journey to a much brighter and happier place yesterday. I am grateful that she passed in my sister's arms-only minutes after she had arrived-Nan waited until she wasn't alone (*tears*). I am so grateful that she didn't die alone. I am grateful that it was painless for her-that is all I have ever asked for in this situation. I am grateful that she has FINALLY reunited with her only son, Freddie who passed away when he was 11 from leukemia. I am grateful that she came to me last night before bed with a familiar "smell" deep within my head...somewhere behind my eyes. I am grateful that this experience may just return my estranged sister back to our family.

I am grateful that I am able to observe how diverse our blessings are and that one can look anywhere and find them. I am grateful that I was able to share Isabel's amazing love story with Garrett...

I am grateful that Crystal made it through Edmonton's expo and that we'll hang out in just a few weeks.

Gotta run but finally so grateful for my healthy baby boy who was recently called a "Tank" LOL

Congratuations, Dami. I'm grateful that you're back with such awesome news. Yes, the universe is ever ready to step up for us. We just have to be open to it. Joy and soul-deep gratitude are only two of our greatest helpers in doing so. This is why I am so grateful to have little Sapphira grace my life. Every day, every hour that I look at her, joy and gratitude fill my being.
I wish you and everyone here much joy, gratitude and health. Take care.
Love and (((hugs))),
Isabel.

It has been a while and I have missed all you guys. I am grateful for the awesome fight I had on friday. I competed against one of the toughest opponents I have had to date and I am grateful that the universe sided with me with a descisive win in the first 4 minutes of the match :)! I am grateful I came out of the right with superficial bruises only and I am grateful that my opponent came out of the match o.k. I am grateful to the universe for providing me with the opportunity I needed to pay off several bills with the money earned from the event. And I am grateful that I have another opportunity to compete in 2 weeks in Calgary on April 17th at King of the Cage vs another tough competitor... I am grateful for the abundance the universe is pulling my way in my mixed martial arts career although I did not expect abundance to come through this means :)!

Our sales during this EXPO in Edmonton ... is our record breaking one (among all our 'on the road' sales), THANK YOU !!! Most important of all ... THE PEOPLE WE MET was awesome !!! I learned so much from the masters & gurus at the expo !!! Special gratitude goes to Ted (whom I connected so well) and the guys at Pro-Wellness... DNA Blueprint... and of course the guys from the 'what I would call' the "World's First Healthy Cigarette"... LOL. and to everyone who radiates true love during the three days... we feel you, thank you.

I too am very grateful for the Expo! I have already implemented what I learned from the various vendors there. Much of it will change my life quite positively. It was definitely well worth the admission to get in! So much good energy there. My positive experience there would be too lengthy to add here. All I can say is THANK YOU!
