I I am greatful to learn everyday , finding my way in the world . T trust my heart and know who I am .I may keep growing as a human an except myself not perfect . thanks to all who are my guides. I am only a baby in this world of spirits I send my heartfelt love and soul to be the best I can be, to be blessed to help others and our beautiful planet. I am blessed to send out all the love I can ,no matter what has befallen me in the past , to become a bright shining light i feel in my heart! Love and Light!

I am grateful to be involved in such a wonderful time on this planet; as I watch what is happenning around the world, and see how the fear is fed; I am so grateful that I can honestly say I have risen above that whole scenario...and man I am not sure the word grateful, even begins to cover the feeling of joy that I have knowing I am not going to be pulled in or under by this mud....
I am grateful that I 'bit the bullet' and allowed spirit to guide my trail-even if I felt I didn't know if I was ready-I have met so many wonderful people, it is truly amazing that this whole world grew while I wasn't looking-I had searched for it many years ago to no avail-but I am very grateful that I have found you now...often I had said the world wasn't ready for me & my ideas, yet I have come to peace with the idea-it was me that wasn't ready-I had experiences to grow through before I went down the path I had tried to rush 30 years ago. I am grateful that even though I recognized & knew where I was to be going at a very young age-my soul plan was a lot more complex than just 'go do it'. I am grateful for all of the experiences that I have had along the way-and I can tell you there have been many-the whirlwind that has been my life has been jampacked with many, many things from which I gained a phenominal amount of insight.- I am grateful that I can relate to that old song "I've been everywhere, man...", even without having left the continent...I am grateful that others have chosen to share their experiences with me, so even those things that I have not experienced are available in my repitoire of knowledge. Aaah, the ability to live vicariously through others brings a different kind of gratitude, but it is gratitude none the less...
I am grateful that I am at the Body, Soul, Spirit Expo in Edmonton as we speak & I am having a blast...though I hardly see anything more than the inside of my tent-it is still a wonderful space to be..
I am grateful for all the exhibitors & the information they are sharing-very little of which I have had time to go check out.....I am grateful that the I am a part of the group that offers hope at a time in our world that so many are searching for it, I am grateful that I live from my heart & am in a position to help others learn how to do so as well...
and I am grateful I didn't totally bomb my lecture on friday night-I haven't done much for public speaking in 30 years, so I am grateful that it is like riding a bike-just get back on & go again....
I am grateful that I had a full house to present that lecture to-awareness is key, and I am grateful that people want to know....
I am grateful that this is where my path is leading & that I will be able to teach many others how to deal with the vampires in their world
I am grateful that I can help others discover their inner power...it is awesome to watch someone step into it....I am grateful that I have been given the opportunity to be witness to the glorious event in many people's journeys....the moment that someone realizes that they are a 'spirit' enjoying a 'human' experience is a moment of absolute transformation-from there it is simply changing 'habits' ...I am so grateful to be a part of the transformation, day after day..thank you to everyone who has allowed me to be a part of that moment of truth.....I will be eternally grateful.....

I am greatful for insight I have been shown, to help me deal with things that have been coming up lately . I'm blessed with my wonderful children who I learn from daily! and my mom who I at last got to connect with ! Light and Love!

Today I am grateful that my days are so packed with meetings, phone calls, and preparation for my business. I am grateful that the Universe has blessed me with the tools to succeed in this life and to give me the opportunity to share this light with others.

I am grateful for the opportunity I have to participate in UMC 17 event this friday vs Victor Daychief... I am grateful for the signs the universe has given me which show that I will win :). I am grateful for all the training that I have done and the benefits it will bring me when I compete. I am grateful for all the energetic work I have done on myself and with others, I reap the rewards of their and my happiness. I am grateful for the great facilities I train in, they have provided me with a home away from home and a chance to hone my MMA skills. I am eternally grateful to my Dad who showed himself to me today in very vivid and cheerful images :) I miss u Dad and I know u are with me always!

I am grateful that in a few days we will be busy doing the body, soul, spirit expo in edmonton, and spreading the joy that we have found within our lives on a grander scale. I have only attended the expo in Regina-so not really sure what to expect here-though i suspect it won't be much different...Am really looking forward to meeting some of you there and am grateful to have gotten to know you here first...I am grateful that i will finally get to the edmonton expo-even if it meant exhibiting in order to have it happen. I am grateful that i will have the opportunity to do a presentation. I am particularly grateful to Chandler for going ahead with the info he had when spirit sent my mail to some foreign cyberspace...he did a much nicer job of it anyway. I am grateful that Spirit can sometimes throw me a curve ball but somehow it always works out for the better.
I am grateful that i took the time to go for tea at a friend's place to have a discussion about attitudes and the future-it was good to know that many people from this little town i live in are looking for alternate answers-yep they will all be attending the expo-I am grateful that i had the opportunity to share my opinions with some people who knew me from other things, but hadn't seen each other in quite awhile. The reconnection was incredible-it was like we had met but weren't quite there yet, so drifted until the time was right...it will be interesting to see where spirit is directing us to now...I am grateful for all the hugs i received.
I am grateful for the wonderful gratitude lists that a group of my friends & I share every day-it is wonderful to watch as the profound effects take root in their lives, I feel like a mama bird watching the babies master flying-which really makes no sense to me at all-but i still feel it and am grateful that they allowed me to be a part of their journey...I am grateful that i can use those lists as an opportunity to look back at my own life lessons and find the gifts in them & share in such a way that others may not have to struggle as much with their lesson...I am grateful for words, tho i paint & many have thought that to be my passion, I must say I have a real love affair with words...i love to find the right set that nail what it is i am trying to say...for now Thank You works best... :)

I am grateful for the change of seasons from winter to spring. I welcome and invite the rain we are having here in regina and I grateful that its not snowing. I am grateful for the new friends I make every day, they remind me of how connected we all truly are. I am grateful for being able to do sessions for my self on my bst device, it creates an opportunity for me to grow and make tremendous changes in my life. I am grateful for the awesome opportunity for me to share my gratitude each and every day...

I am grateful today for my boys, Joseph & Wililam who wake up each day with a smile, full of excitement of the possibilities ahead.

I am grateful that they have a step-father like Garrett who takes the time to make them feel like the most important "rock stars" in the world.

I am grateful for Zenneth who woke up twice last night, once just to cuddle :)

I am grateful for the snow that kept me so cozy in bed last night.

I am grateful that I have the opportunity to help my mom pack her house today...and for the safe trip to her place.

I am grateful my business that is booming.

I am grateful that everytime I write a goal on my mirror, it shows up within a couple of days. Life has never felt more exciting to me.

I am grateful for Crystal who has become such a beacon in our world. We admire and love you so much! :)
