I am greatful for hearing of other peoples expiences. And and seeing what wonderful positive energys can come from change and love around us! I am greatful for the ever expanding energy of love that I feel growing everyday! Thank you! My little animal friends. Thank you to my body for waking me up from a numb state to life and self awareness! Love and Light!

Just new to this group - thank you for setting it up!

A practitioner I know suggested ending each day with identifying 5 things that I was grateful for, none of which could be repeated from the previous days!
I can honestly say that in addition to causing one to really focus on the elements and experiences of each day in a spirit of gratitude, the practice certainly does change the energy we carry and project.

I am grateful to have this group!

I am grateful to Mr Little for the awesome biofeedback session I did with him yesterday, got an amazing shift! I am grateful for the power of laughter and the healing energy it brings. I am grateful for my mind which keeps me aware that I still need to do a lot of work. I am grateful for my roommates and friends for the companionship they give and that I receive. I am grateful for all the wonderful miracles happening in my life, no matter how small they seem they drastically change my perspective on who I truly am.

My heart goes out to you Joey-I too have been there and know how overwhelming it all is. I am grateful that I have a pixie that still lives at home that knows what to do with these contraptions when I attempt something that doesn't work. I opened the chat window & couldn't see the button to close & was freaking out because I couldn't do anything-she had it handled in 3.2 seconds. There may be something in the air with all this excessive energy bouncing-you are the third person I know that had a crash this week-all of you have hit the space that feels horrid, thinking that all you had done is wasted. I was lucky enough that the guy I took mine too was able to do something to the hard drive he could recover some of my art files-most everything but the accounting could be rescued and he was a godsend. I am so glad that you have supportive friends in your world to help you shift from what good be total devestation to I'm okay now in such short order-
I am grateful for the notes everyone keeps adding here-it makes my heart swell with joy as I read your notes-if & when we get face to face we will know each other, way beyond the words of introduction-and that too is wonderful.
I am grateful that I have the condition of joy & that it is so infectious. It is a condition that I wish to nurture & grow in every cell of my body-it does literally feel like it is taking over more & more every day. I am grateful to everyone that has hard a part to play in that-some know who you are-some may never know the impact they have had on me & in my life....but i remain grateful none the less:-)

Tonight I am so grateful for wonderful friends who remind me how precious freindhisp is. My computer crashed; client files gone, banking gone, pictures gone. Truly a nightmare. Dear friends dropped everything and raced over to attempt recovery. Sadly, recovery was not possible but these dear folk, seeing me fighting tears, piled me into the car, transported me to the local Chinese food joint and proceeded to stuff me silly. A heart filled with worry, sadness, frustration, quickly filled with awe and gratitude. I am so blesed to have such wonderful folk in my life. THANK YOU!

I am grateful for waking up this morning from a restful sleep. I am grateful for my physical body which takes so much abuse from training yet keeps me going all day while i work. I am grateful for all those I love. I am grateful for all those who love me. I am grateful to my auric field which protects me daily. I am grateful for the winter which is about to pass and I am grateful for spring which is now knocking on our doors. I am grateful for peace, joy and tranquility. I am grateful for the happiness that fills my heart and those around me both far and near!

I am grateful to you too Crystal Rose for creating this wonderful avenue for me to express my gratitude and love. I am grateful for waking up today feeling great, health and rejuvinated. I am grateful for the miracles that happen in my life every passing minute. I am grateful for the determination I have in my heart to succeed at all that I do. I am grateful for all my friends who are behind me giving me support each and every day. I am grateful for you all just because you are you. I am grateful to the universe for providing all that I need to live a fruitful and healthy life. I am grateful to mother earth for nurturing me, healing me and pampering me with all her awesome wonders. I am grateful for father sun for sustaining mother earth and all her sentient beings.
