I am sure glad the Indigos and Crystals (Rainbows etc) of today have mentors. Yes it was hard growing up with no one to look to for support. My mother was very into the mundane world.

Allowing a child to be a child and to explore and grow just wasn't in her agenda. Hopefully parents today are more understanding.

I too have read quite a bit of Doreen Virtue, Melody. As a matter of fact she graduated from the school I go to. She took Metaphysics and I am taking Parapsychic Science. Some of my courses overlap though in the Metaphysics field. They are very exciting! Welcome!

Lisa, for many of us, we did not have the understanding or the ability to quantify our experiences. It is nice to be able to connect and share with like minded folk. glad you've joined!

I do think this is an excellent idea for a group. Many of us grew up and were misunderstood and it is great to find others to relate with.

I have had a fascination with this subject for a few years now and have books written by Dorreen Virtue about this (as well as others). I am not sure if I fit into the Indigo category but love many and want to learn as much as I can about the Indigo Folk. I know they play an important role in mankind and I can relate to them!

Awesome, Joey. I hope we can get some great discussions going in here! I have a very informative post on Indigo Adult Traits on my forum site if you want me to post it in here. It is very helpful for many people. I have had some great comments on it. Several people have realized that they are Indigo and had an epiphany of sorts when reading it...my son included, just a couple of months ago. He is "graderman" on my forum site. When he read it he said...ummm mom, I think I am an Indigo. I said Bob, I don't doubt it, as I am too. :)
