The Raw Food Diet Lifestyle

What would it be like wake up every morning loaded with more raw nutrition energy than you've had in years! A raw health foods diet creates just that, major improvements in health. The experience is unmistakable! Regain the energy of your youth.

Weight normalizes, which generally means a reduction in fat. At the same time, a person feels extremely energized. It's as if energy would rather be burned up than converted to fat!

Raw foods are easy to digest, and they provide the maximum amount of raw nutrition with minimal bodily effort. Imagine that you are in better shape, feel healthier, and have lost much of your excess weight. This is all possible with the Raw Food Diet.

This portion of the website is dedicated to helping you find the resources and inspiration you need to "go raw" and succeed in changing your life by changing to a raw food diet.

Hi Chandler,
Love that raw food! Although I am not 100% raw, I do try to incorporate as much as possible into my family's diet.
I look forward to learning lots from this group too.

Hi there...I am curious if you know how the raw food diet plays a role in someone who suffers from Crohns disease

Your body secretes enzymes to digest all foods. Some are secreted in the mouth while chewing but most are secreted later in the intestines. The more enzymes your food contains the fewer your body needs to secrete. And, many scientists are linking our life span, ability to ward off illness, and overall health and vitality to how slowly or quickly we deplete our own enzymes. By choosing foods high in enzymes, you reduce the burden on your body. For more information, check out my book, The Life Force Diet.

Great to see so many people interested in raw foods. Be sure to check out my new book, The Life Force Diet, which explains the value of raw foods and specifically the enzymes they contain. We're doing an interactive Life Force Diet starting next week in the Holistic Nutrition and Diet Group so be sure to join us!

I'm IN! I don't "do" cooking and have gained lots of weight around the middle -- which feels really weird and looks even weirder because I've never had a "shelf of fat" before.
For not knowing anyone who is going to read this... how do you like me so far? What an intro!!
See the picture of "mini-me"? I want her back; she's hiding but I know she's there!
Bring on the raw food... unless it's meat!

I would love to learn more about eating raw foods, just think about all the time you could save not having to cook!! On the other hand, I think chewing for longer would be in order! The more you chew your food the more digestive enzymes you secrete to assist in absorbing your food.

How to Create a profile

Welcome to our online community.  If you've just joined, we hope you will share a bit about yourself, and why you've joined.   We desided to add a very easy to use interactive social network community so you can do just that. This will not replace your profile on the Body Soul & Spirit Expo, but act as an additional free profile.  We've been working on a totally new site for the Body Soul & Spirit Expo, and it seems that a lot of people have missed the old disscussion forms and other
