Hi, great information, have been told (Summoned) on many occasion by spirit to go raw, and less dairy, could not find a lot of information on this, so this is great, (helps enourmousley for meditation) Are the books available in bookshops?

I am glad you found this helpful. I would think that you should be able to order these books through any bookstore. Avena has just added some more amazing raw foods - dehydrated veggies in a ziplock and some other nummy raw snacks! They all taste fabulous!
