Chakra Grounding:...........In ancient India the yogis, knew the science of Chakra's. The energy sources within certain areas of the body. Through Mantra Meditation, under guidance of an experienced and perfected master, a student could align the different energies in the body to a perfect harmony, thus feeling balanced and grounded in spirit. The different Yoga Paths give different paths to achieve this. I practice Bhakti Yoga, and become grounded by Chanting the Hare Krsna Maha Mantra at sunrise every morning. It works for me..............hare krsna hare krsna, krsna krsna, hare hare, hare rama hare rama, rama rama, hare hare...............om...........p.dasi

Namaste all.. those of us that are superbly sensitive to energy shifts often have difficulty in grounding themselves. Smokey, perhaps you also pick up on the emotions of others around you? As the planet shifts into a brighter space, and more light workers come into the light, we will begin to feel more of the planetary shifts. There are many different techniques to grounding and I'd be happy to share them with you, if you like.

Life Goes On...........If any of you folks out there have heard of the Bhagavadgita, the ancient text of India, which is more than 5,000 yrs. old, it explains that the life that keeps the body alive is called the spirit soul. It describes that this soul, is eternal, unborn, undying, and it cannot be destroyed. The soul is described as "Sat, Chit, Ananda" , full of knowledge, eternity and happiness. When the body dies, the soul transmigrates into another body, and this is called reincarnation. We reincarnate until we reach our perfection , or a state of enlightenment. The ancient masters from India, and from Tibet, have written down the bonafide methods of enlightenment in the english language, translated from their ancient texts. It's quite interesting reading. ,check out the Bhagavadgita, by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, and the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche. When you get the facts straight from the horses mouth, it makes a lot of sense.

Knowledge is liberating,,,,,read the facts before you dive in.......p.dasi

interesting thing to think about... in my philosophy class we debated wheter humans have free will and tht started me thinking, there is enough information to explain how we would not have free will, all of the biological, social, spiritual and experiential influences create such a chaos effect tht we cant see how these influences make us choose one way or another, nevertheless thts what happens. but there are free choices, when the options for a choice are in balance, the influences equal. but theres an interesting twist i took on this that nobody agreed with but i strongly feel. two people in the exact same situation down to the last detail would be identical in every way. i believe this because of what i see as the essence of all people, the power of now (eckhart tolle) says that you are not ur thoughts or body but some stillness that resides in each of us. and buddhists say that to ascribe any special value to an individual is to take away from the interconnectedness of all things. myself i like it because i believe everyone is essentially a good person, the bad we do is really an acting out over not having the things we do want; physical necessities, friendship, love, spiritual experiences. all other things neutral i believe everyone would turn out good. anywho tht was my rant for the day, hope u had fun=)

Hi there, my name is Janis. My shingle reads "Intuitive Healing". I am, also, a board certified masseuse. My work as a healer began at about 15 months when I did my first conscious healing. Spirit has been my primary teacher - intuition comes in second. I am pleased to have been working for half a century, now, with wonderous results world-wide. I do hands on as well as non-local healings.
Since marrying my husband and working with him I have been able to put descriptive words around what I do. He is known as "the father of the modern dream movement - Dr. Henry Reed. Now, Spirit informs me it is time to branch out and network, now that I have some better language skills to say what I offer.
My first offering is my desire to understand the knowledge that comes to me so easily and well. How can I be of service to you?
Thanks and LIGHT!, Janis

i love that! human intuition really is the wisest resource we can depend on, and when you do learn to quiet the confusion of insecurities and doubts you can always hear it and feel its power. its fantastic that it has an answer for absolutely everything, humans are all love seeking spirits that yearn for the same thing, its just a matter of getting in touch with what we really want.

I think that you should learn to trust yourself and your feelings and you will always be one with spirit

I used to be a member of Eckankar, where there is an emphasis on seeing the 'blue light', of the Spiritual Master. I still get this light flashing, when there is something I need to pay attention too, or even a deep thought. It also glows, or sparks quickly. Should I still accept this experience as valid and from spirit?

I think that when you can quite your mind and allow yourself to surrender to the will on the One Love, and allow yourself to be love, and listen to the stillness and without thinking or trying let the energy flow and the words come, you will channel,, use your heart as a tool to do this
