- Thank you for your kind words Hardy (see they really do have power - smile) and I'm glad you give interim respect to your elders but then expect them to earn it from there. That is extremely appropriate. Re the power of words - something that many people overlook is the power they also have in thought. It is SO important to "listen" to the words that you think and if those words tend to be negative ("can't" eg), then you need to consider changing them to words that are more supportive.

Change is a very welcome word these days...............let's try to help him out, by changing whatever we can for the better..................He is a good guy..............but he can't do it on his own without the collective help of those who want change for the better.
