I do self healing and groundings on myself daily and no matter how drained, tired, sad, angry, etc I feel a really hot shower always seems to help put me to rights again.
I am now offering several energy healing modalities, holistic wellness coaching and meditation at the Flow location at YYoga in Vancouver BC! Each session includes free use of the state of the art facilities including the sauna.
Reiki, Theta Healing, Quantum Touch, the Reconnection, or any energy based healing modality.
