About Me
I've been practicing Yoga for 16 years. I originally started yoga to help with a deformity in her lower back and the severe pain that went with it. For ten years prior to yoga, I suffered on a daily basis and was on four different types of medication while still suffering. I first started with the Iyengar style of yoga, and within six months I was pain free and off all medication. As a teacher my students started experiencing heat coming from my hands. Since then I have started using my hands as healing hands during yoga classes.
My Interests
Walking, Hiking, Gardening, Yoga, B/W photography (just for fun) Healing, Energy work. Meditation.
