About Me
I have practiced and studied Healing Arts for the past 25 years. I am passionate about teaching others to heal themselves, giving them empowerment.

I started off learning Spiritual Healing in the U.K, closely followed by Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I arrived here in Regina in 1997, where I immidiately felt at home. I then learned Shiatsu, Metamorphic Technique, Quantum Touch, Body Mind Analysis and Phsycosomatic Therapy.

I have also become involved with traditional native american sweat lodge ceremonies, I attended my first sweat lodge within the first two months of arriving in Canada.

I love to travel to other places offering my healing services wherever i go.

I love to go camping in the summer. My favorite places are Cypress Hills, and Waskasui in Saskatchewan. Waterton in Alberta

Learn the True Science of Perfect Health - Hazel Richards

I recently was going through my Recipe Books and I came across this amazing book called "Learn the True Science of Perfect Health with Recipes that work" by a lady called Hazel Richards. I have no idea where it came from, but it has certainly surfaced at the perfect time in my life, as I am changing my eating habits to become healthier, and so that I will be healthy and active as I get older.

It would be awesome to be connected on the island. I think a lot are upisland in Nanaimo as opposed to here in Victoria but truthfully, I've only made one attempt and that was a while back... timing is always perfect.
Although I don't know you on a physical dimension, I feel "safe" in saying that I am dealing with saying good-bye to a mother who is dying and has had nothing but a heartbreak relationship {non-existing except to hurt} and now...from our private and safe spaces, we are saying good-bye. I'm actually just going to listen to Byron Katie's, "Do I Really Need You To Love Me" -- a lot of honesty so clearly, my spirit is ready! My book is in Calgary's library and that certainly tells enough to understand the soul's journey to more forgiveness. I know I'm on my way! Blessings and Hugs Ms. Felicity!

"HIGHI"!! Just browsing about your interests and history sounds so spiritually based and warm and peaceful. I lived in Calgary and have felt an inner connection to First Nations. I would--WILL--learn more about their spiritual quests and am hoping to join a circle. I'm not on my own PC or flat so I will look at my new "friends" when I get back from house/dog sitting"! Thanks for the invite -- looking forward to all of US! I've been wanting Chandler to bring the Fair here to Victoria.

Yes that would be great, if she contacts me. We may be having a sweat mid-January, depends on the weather. Did you do anything for December 27th.... Our circle was awesome! We had exactly 7 women and everything went great! Good food, good company and alot of high positive energy.
