About Me

we are a multi-classed Yoga Studio that offers a variety of classes from
the more
physically intensive (Hot and Power Yoga classes) through to the more
relaxive (Restorative, Hatha, Luna Yoga classes) and in-between (Yin/Yang,
Beginners Hot, Anusara Inspired, and Yin Yoga classes). As an introduction
to the studio for new members, we offer 2 weeks UMLIMITED YOGA for $30 as
the idea is to enable you to try out a variety of classes in that time
frame.

We offer Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Anusara Inspired Yoga, Family Yoga, Yin Yoga,
Luna Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin / Yang Yoga,
