- Namaste my name is Laura. I am a Yoga, Dance, Meditation Instructor and Energy Healing Masseuse. I have been practicing and studying Yoga for 7 1/2 years, Pilates for 5 years, dance is my passion. What started as a personal journey back to physical, emotional and spiritual reconnection, has become all that and more. What was a long, hard and arduous process, become my saving grace both physically and emotionally. Self taught. I delved deep into all aspects of Yogic Life and have now taken what I have learned and am bringing it to others.Re-awakening and re-connecting to the body, mind and spirit, are of essence for a full and vital life.Once we open the door, the possibilities become endless.When we look within, deep within,we are always suprised at the gem we find inside. Just as a gem is rare and hard to find, the true essence of our being must be saught for, and only when it is found can we reep the rewards. You have found the gem and OH! how it gleams, now you must cut it,shape it and set it in it's setting, to be worn for all the World to see. That gem is Me.
