- I am a Shamanic Minister, a Shamanic Breathwork (TM) Facilitator, a yoga teacher, a performance artist, a single mom, and I rep for a Certified Organic Skin & 'Body Care line.
- My Interests
- I love personal transformation for my own life, and holding the space for others to transform their own lives. I use Shamanic Breathwork, 12 Step Recovery, yoga, and writing and performing about my life as some of my primary tools. I also have a strong commitment to keeping as many chemicals out of my life and my child's life as possible. That's why I only use certified organic skin and body care products on myself and my son. I feel good knowing that I'm not exposing myself and my son to the millions of dangerous chemicals found in most body care products, and I'm also helping to protect our planet by making that choice.
