Greetings!

In need of creating balance in my chaotic life in 2002, I completely fell in love with Reiki, after taking my first level. Within seven months I finished my master level. After a year of practicing Usui Reiki, I completed my Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher level in early 2004 and started teaching others. I was entranced with the whole concept that Reiki had to offer; balancing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of our being. I found Reiki to be a life-style, and learned it to be crucial to bring all those aspects into balance.

Our physical body is an amazing machine, but it does need regular maintenance on all levels of existence, so I started researching nutritional supplements to support that. I found so much information available that I started questioning what was true and what not. Anybody can make up a good story, I figured. This is where the “BodyMind Nutrition System” came into my life. I cannot begin to tell you how exciting this has been and how Reiki and proper nutrition can make such a difference in your awareness and perceptions. The BodyMind Nutrition Coaching is completely focused on taking the physical body out of stress, which has magnificent side affects on the mental/emotional and spiritual levels, once a few simple things (like Himalayan Crystal Salt Brine and other minerals) have been put into place. It’s all interconnected.

In June 2008, I came across the Biopulsar Reflexograph(TM), and was intrigued by the accuracy, in showing people how they use their energy and how to balance it with colour vibrations and aromatherapy. It's great for people to see their % of their Chakra activity, so it becomes more tangible, plus we can see how someone uses their energy, so it's easier to create a plan towards balance. It also shows the organ activity of 51 organs along with an Aura picture, which will tell you underlying reasons of what is going on in their lives.

I enjoy teaching all of the levels in Usui and Karuna Reiki, along with individual treatments and relaxation coaching; have a look at the web-sites (see below) and discover the wonderful journey of energy work and nutrition. It’s an honor for me to do this work and help guide others towards a path of self-discovery and joy.
