Diversity
There is broad agreement in the community of anthropology that the first humans appeared in Africa about two million years ago. Since then Homo sapiens have migrated throughout the world developing various societies by adapting effectively to a wide range of circumstances. This transformation includes a variety of distinct traditions, many of which still exist today.
