- I am a spiritual Counselor, Speaker, Teacher, Author and Holistic Healer.
I assist people to strengthen thier own spiritual connection to whomever their source is for them. In strengthening the spiritual connection the inner strength and intuition is also strengthened. Along with the stregthening of the spiritual connection I assist people to clear any negative blocks, beliefs, fears etc. that keeps them from having this clear connection. I also assist in the clearing of the physical body so that the vibration of the spiritual self (higher self, authentic self) can manifest in the vehicle (our body) that is holding the soul. This allows people to be more at peace within, tranquil and aware of what is appropriate in this moment to do.
As we change ourselves we change our energy field which allows us to assist and to be in service to change things around us. The people we live with, work with, community and this moves out into the world.

I am based in Calgary, Albera, Canada and founded the Metaphysical Center of Canada Corporation in 1998. I run the Center with my spouse Terry Gaupmann, who is also a healer and teacher in his own right. Our website address is: www.metaphysicalcenterofcanada.com
How did I get started on this path? Is the question most people ask me. So here is a bit of my story.
I had a friend, who is a very well known medium, who for many years continually told me that I was a very good healer and channel, but I would not believe her. I was very invested in working, having a home to look after, a husband and children. Well I had a major wake up call which started in 1987 with a major life event ocurring in my life, my husband left me with 2 small children, and we lost our source of income which was a business that we ran together at that time.
So I did what I had to do to get back on track and healed a little bit via some self help work and groups. Then met another man and, being who I was at that time, I stopped with all the self help things I was doing and went right into the relationship.
Next major event...the relationship did not work out! This is when I really was hit, as I say, with a 2 by 4 over the head. I realized that this relationship had to end or I would die. A little drastic for a thought, but it was there! This is where I know now, my Higher Self stepped in and with all my guides and angles helped me find the right timing and the right words to end the relationship.
At the same time we found out that my father was not going to live very long because he had cancer. All my life I have always wanted to help people and people have been drawn to me to ask me for my advice and help. So my desire to help my father was very strong. I took an introductory course to Theraputic Touch on a Friday evening. I could not attend the weekend workshop so this is all I received as training at that time.
I did healings on my father every morning on my way to work for 6 weeks, before he passed into spirit. During those healings because my heart was open and my desire to help with my love was very strong, my latent healing abilities along with many other of my abilites that I had buried along the way, started to be activated and came to the forefront of my awareness.
Those few weeks of healings with my father opened up my healing abilities to the extent that I could hear voices and see things that were going on regarding why my father had the cancer (past lives, karma involved etc.). I also was able to see, like a full color x-ray vision, in his body what the cancer was doing and how it was migrating, all the time hearing these voices telling me things about this cancer and my father. The gift my father gave me through his experience of cancer was to allow me to heal him which opened me up to my gifts and abilities. This was 1994.
Since then I have developed my healing abilities to a more fine tuned level.
I am able to 'tune in' to a person, whether they are sitting in front of me or half way around the world, and see their spiritual light along with their learning, lessons, karma, gifts, talents and anything else the person carries within thier divine spark of light.
Through these abilities that I have, I assist people to access their true divine spiritual nature and force of light and with this connection being strengthened we then transform the thoughts, feelsings, beliefs and fears into a 'neutral' space. This type of healing I call 'Spiritual Psycho-Therapy'. When we are in a 'neutral space' the energy of our true self can flow through us and express in our lives with the world of polarity still existing around us but not affecting us.
I assist people to access their true divine nature which gives them the ability to know within themselves how to heal themselves and to be able to access their own inner guidance and insights.
I teach courses at the Center that not only heal and clear things for people during the course time that we are together, but people take home tools and techniques to continue helping themselves when they are no longer with me in the course.
I have assisted people around the world to heal all kinds of things whether they are spiritual, physical, mental and emotional.
I hold the vision that we are all equal in our true selves, I have at this time agreed on my soul level to help people reach the place where they can realize that not only are we all equal but we each have a unique thread for the tapestry that we create here on earth together. Each one of us is here to experience the denseness of spirit in the material world. At the same time we stay in the realization that we each can contribute through this unique color of thread that we bring in as we weave the tapestry together. This means that we are all unique and we all have something to contribute to the greater good of the whole.
Therefore, no one is better than another and no one is lesser than another. We are divine beings expressing each of our gifts and talents as we create 'heaven on earth'.
